As a dedicated Registered Dietitian with over 10 years of experience, including working in prestigious hospital systems like Mount Sinai and Houston Methodist Hospital, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise.

At Valentine Nutrition, we highlight the Mediterranean Diet – a delicious, heart-healthy, and fiber-rich lifestyle that not only nourishes your body but also excites your palate! This diet is the the most researched in the field of nutrition.

Mission

Individualizing the Mediterranean Diet to work with your current lifestyle. Easy meal planning guidance to incorporate more fiber and healthy foods into your diet, slowly and methodically, without you feeling deprived. Together we'll work to naturally increase your energy levels, mental clarity, quality of sleep, and overall well-being.

Week 01.

consultation 

Firstly, we will need at least 45 minutes of your time to meet with you and get to know you. This will include determining your medical history, likes and dislikes, and overall lifestyle. You will discuss your goals and address any questions you might have about the process.

week 02.

Meal plan 

We will provide you with an individualized program that incorporates your personal food preferences and daily schedule. We will provide you with options for tracking your intake to be discussed at next visit.

week 03.

IMPLEMENTATION

We will meet to discuss what is working and what isn’t to determine how to adjust the plan to work best for you. We will also review eating out, parties, traveling and other life disturbances that can effect reaching your goals.

week 04.

follow up

The process is ever changing and adaptive. You will have access to your own personal dietitian for all questions and issues because we believe a positive support system is a crucial component of success.
